This was supposed to be a routine job dig. A hundred foot sewer line from the house all the way out in the yard to a brand new septic tank. Unbeknownst to me, 3 ft off the house (where the sewer line is actually laying) there was a 1500 gallon septic tank that was probably 65 years old.
Then we build the clean out from the bottom of the ground up to the ground level with a 4 inch PVC cleanout cap on the top this will give you access into your sewer line and the future so that no one has to bring a big sewer machine into your home
This is what a brand new sump pump unit looks like installed we started with a flat piece of concrete with no hole whatsoever remove the concrete cut a circle in it inserted a canister and then installed the pump put the canister back and REE lay
Then the concrete and ran the sump pump line up into the 4" PVC main line
This is what the inside of your gate valves or shut-off valves can look like especially if you're having low water pressure also can be used for the main line valve coming in the home needs to be replaced with a three-quarter inch brass ball valve
These are pictures of a leaky toilet unattended you can see how bad it looks once the toilet is taking up molded rotted getting ready to fall through into the basement
Then you can see where we cut out a 3-foot section of flooring redid the piping reapplied it to the floor
Then reassembled a toilet on top of the new floor installed
With a sewer that goes this deep, it's easy to see why you need to hire a specialist to get the job done.
